OKEA ASA - Purchases under share-based bonus program

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made 13 February 2024 regarding share purchase by DNB on behalf of 440 employees of OKEA ASA (the "Company", or "OKEA").

Today, a total of 147,109 shares in the Company were acquired in connection with the Company's share-based bonus program. The share purchases were executed collectively at an average purchase price of NOK 22.9956 per share.
