Notification of major holdings

Shape Robotics A/S announces, pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, that Black Box Holding ApS, on April 11, 2025, notified the company that its holding in Shape Robotics A/S had been decreased to 4.94% of the share capital.

The holding decrease occurred in 2024 as a result of the registration of a capital increase in March 2024 (see company announcement no. 12-24), combined with a subsequent sale of shares in the first half of 2024 to finance personal projects and family needs, and due to the Danish tax policies on unrealized gains on listed shares (see announcement 25-24).

Due to a miscalculation by Black Box Holding ApS at the time, the threshold crossing below 5% was not identified and disclosed as required.
