In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, please be informed that on 2 September 2024, UIE Plc. received information that on 29 August 2024, Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest decreased its shareholding of shares in the company.

Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest subsequently holds 1,399,665 shares, corresponding to 4.34% of the total issued shares in UIE Plc.
