Northgold AB postpones publication of the annual report
The board of directors of Northgold AB (“Northgold” or the “Company”) has resolved to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2023 in order to finalise all aspects of the report.
The publication of the annual report for 2023 is expected to be published during week 21 and the annual general meeting will take place the 18th of June. The meeting had previously been scheduled for the 12th of June.
