Norconsult ASA – Number of treasury shares

Sandvika, 19 December 2023 (OSE: NORCO): Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 7 December 2023 regarding the end of stabilization activities in respect of the shares in Norconsult ASA (the "Company"). Following the stabilization activities, the correct number of treasury shares held by the Company is 24 928 617, corresponding to 8% of the total outstanding shares in the Company.
