Norconsult ASA: Minutes of Annual General Meeting
Sandvika 13 May 2024 (OSE: NORCO): The annual general meeting of Norconsult ASA was held today as a digital meeting with online participation.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted. Minutes of the meeting are attached to this release and available on investor.norconsult.com.
The general meeting approved distribution of a dividend of NOK 1.20 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders holding shares in the company as per 13 May 2024. The shares will be traded ex-dividend on Oslo Stock Exchange from and including 14 May 2024. The dividend will be paid on or about 24 May 2024.
