Nitro Games Oyj: Nordisk Games has sold 6.5 million shares in Nitro Games to current shareholders and new investors

Nitro Games Oyj (“Nitro Games” or the “Company”) has been informed that Nordisk Games A/S (“Nordisk Games”) has sold its entire holding of 6,492,636 shares in Nitro Games to current shareholders in the Company, including members of the board and management, as well as some new external investors. The transaction corresponds to approximately 26.0 per cent of the outstanding shares and votes in Nitro Games, and the sale was executed at a price of SEK 1.50 per share which corresponds to a total purchase price of approximately SEK 9.7 million. The transaction was executed as a block trade, through the agency of Augment Partners AB.

Members of the Board of Directors and management of Nitro Games have participated in the transaction with a total of approximately SEK 2.7 million.

The block trade covered Nordisk Games' entire holding of shares in Nitro Games and, following the transaction, Nordisk Games will no longer remain a shareholder in the Company.
