Nitro Games announces last day for trading in BTA and first day for trading in the new shares

Nitro Games’ (“Nitro Games” or the “Company”) rights issue of shares which was decided on by the Board of Directors on 5 July 2023 and whose outcome was announced by the Company through a press release on 1 August will be registered at the Finnish Trade Register on 16 August 2023. The last day for trading in paid subscribed shares (“BTA”) is on 17 August 2023. Euroclear Sweden’s record date for conversion from BTA to shares is on 21 August 2023 and the BTA will be converted into ordinary shares on 23 August 2023. The new shares are expected to be distributed to the respective shareholder’s VP account or share deposit on 23 August 2023.
