Nightingale Health’s Auditor’s Report for financial year 2021–2022 has been published

Nightingale Health Plc published its Annual Report for financial year 1 July 2021–30 June 2022 on 27 October 2022 including the Board of Directors' Report, the Consolidated and Parent Company Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report.

 

Today Nightingale Health published the Auditor’s Report to the Financial Statements. The Auditor’s Report is unqualified.

 

The Auditor’s Report is released after the release of the Financial Statements due to the transition to report in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) instead of the Finnish Accounting Standards (“FAS”) as of the financial year ended on 30 June 2022, which has caused a delay in the release schedule of the Auditor’s Report.
