New number of shares and votes in Tobii
The number of shares and votes in Tobii AB (publ) has increased as a result of the resolution to issue class C-shares by the annual general meeting on May 23, 2024 which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on June 19, 2024, as well as conversion of a total of 79,478 class C-shares to a total of 79,478 ordinary shares.
The conversion was carried out in order to deliver ordinary shares to participants and to cover cash costs and social contribution costs in relation to the company’s incentive program originally adopted at the annual general meeting in 2020, to deliver ordinary shares to participants and to social contribution costs in relation to the company’s incentive program originally adopted at the extraordinary general meeting on 21 June 2021, as well as to deliver ordinary shares to participants and to cover social contributions in relation to the company’s incentive program adopted by the annual general meeting in 2022.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 236,572,792 shares, of which 233,680,462 are ordinary shares and 2,892,330 are class C-shares, and there are in total 233,969,695 votes in the company. As a result of the issue of class C-shares as well as the conversion of class C-shares to ordinary shares the number of class C-shares has increased with 714,951 and the number of ordinary shares has increased with 79,478. The total number of shares has increased with 794,429 and total number of votes has increased with 150,973.1 votes. The share capital has increased by approximately SEK 5,765.
