NAXS has raised its commimtent to Celero Capital Fund (E) AB to EUR 3.2 million

NAXS has raised its commitment to Celero Capital Fund (E) AB (“Celero”) from EUR 1.5 million to EUR 3.2 million.

The investment advisory company of Celero, Celero Capital AB, is a Nordic lower mid-market private equity firm that is focused on the services, consumer goods and niche industrials sectors.

Celero Capital AB was founded by Peter Möller, who was previously a senior partner at FSN Capital.

Celero currently holds 3 platform investments: Corteco (outer shell renovation and maintenance service provider), Reledo (facility management services provider) and Opima (supplier of tailor-made solutions to the manufacturing industry).
