Corrections to the previous PR -Musuma-branch remodeling - MTI Investment due to technical error
MTI Investment SE ("MTI Investment" or "the Company") announces that its subsidiary Ecohomes Company Limited ("Ecohomes") has been awarded the contract to remodel one bank office for CRDB, the Musoma branch, for a total fixed cost of TZS 557 million, which corresponds to approximately SEK 2.2 million (EUR 213,000).
Musoma is the capital of the Mara region, located on the eastern shores of Lake Victoria of Tanzania, close to the international borders of Uganda and Kenya, approximately 225 kilometers northeast of Mwanza. CRDB Bank Plc is the largest commercial bank in Tanzania, seen by asset size. It is listed on Dar Es Salaam Stock Exchange.
The construction period of the bank branch is expected to begin in January 2022 and is expected to be completed in the spring period of 2022, the total cost of TZS 557 million includes VAT. The tender was awarded to Ecohomes by the CRDB Bank's Management Tender Committee. MTI Investment owns 64% of Ecohomes whereas the remaining 36% is owned by Pivotech Company Limited.
