MTG announces the departure of CFO Nils Mösko

STOCKHOLM — Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) (“MTG”) today announced that its CFO Nils Mösko has stepped down from his role with immediate effect. The decision was made amicably and in mutual agreement. MTG’s CEO Maria Redin will oversee the CFO responsibilities while MTG searches for a replacement.
