Oslo, Norway, 3 April 2025: Reference is made to the stock announcements made by MPC Container Ships ASA on 25 September 2024 regarding its successful placement of a senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond of USD 125 million and 20 March 2025 regarding its successful placement of USD 75 million tap issue.
