Copenhagen, Denmark - Movinn Sverige AB, a subsidiary fully owned by Movinn A/S, is doing a soft launch into the third swedish market in the city of Ludvika. 
Following the plan to increase the unit number and geografichal market coverage in Sweden, Movinn is set to do a soft launch in Ludvika at october 15th. Ludvika is an important market due the current limited supply and high demand for corporate housing. Movinn Sverige will do a soft launch (5) with the potential to increase the unit number in the short-to-mid term depending on the reception from clients. 

Managing Director in Movinn Sverige, Johanna Engströmer, has been responsible for the negotiations, client contact and she will oversee the logistics and launch.
Johanna Engströmer states: "Ludvika is an interesting market for Movinn Sverige, as demand is very high and supply remains limited. Ludvika is driving distance from our Stokholm-office and we will be able to partly remotely manage the market from our base in the capital. I expect a lot from Ludvika and in partnership with our real estate partner, the ambition is to grow the portfolio in a controlled way to secure strong unit economics. We are also showing the strategically important clients that when they call, Movinn answers".
