Today, MapsPeople announces that the Board of Directors has appointed Morten Brøgger as new CEO from November 1,
2022.

Michael Gram, founder and CEO will pass the responsibility of MapsPeople to Morten Brøgger to strengthen and
accelerate the future international growth. Michael Gram is expected to join the Board of Directors as per
November 1.

Lars Brammer, Chairman of the Board of Directors in MapsPeople, comments: “Michael Gram is a pioneer and has
