- 1H24 Half-year Financial Report (1–6/2024): 16 August 2024
- 3Q24 Business review (1–9/2024): 18 October 2024
The Financial Statements Bulletin, Half-year Financial Report and Q1/Q3 Business Reviews will be published at approximately 13:00 Finnish time on the said dates.
Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2023
The report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the financial year 2023 will be published on the company's website at https://modulight.com/reports-presentations/ on 15 March 2024.
Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 2 May 2024. The meeting will be convened later by the Board of Directors of Modulight Corporation.
