Moberg Pharma’s Nomination Committee appointed
STOCKHOLM, November 8th, 2024 – In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 14th, 2024, the Chairman of the Board has contacted the company’s two largest shareholders or group of shareholders in terms of votes to form a Nomination Committee. These shareholders have been invited to appoint one representative each who, together with the Chairman of the Board, will comprise the Nomination Committee. As not all of the company’s two largest shareholders or group of shareholders have wished to appoint such representative, the third largest shareholder/group of shareholders have been invited to appoint one representative and so on until the Nomination Committee now comprises of three members, in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 14th, 2024.
Moberg Pharma’s Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2024 comprises:
- Mattias Klintemar, appointed by Östersjöstiftelsen
- Styrbjörn Zachau
- Kerstin Valinder Strinnholm, Chairman of the Board
Together, the Nomination Committee represents 9.4 percent of the shares in Moberg Pharma as of September 30th, 2024.
The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for the fiscal year January – December 2024 by the Annual General Meeting pertaining to the election of Chairman of the Board, fees and composition of the Board, auditors’ fees and the election of auditors.
The Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2024 will be held on May 22nd, 2025.
