Misen Energy AB (publ) ("Misen" or the "Company") announced on 10 July 2024 that the Company has applied for delisting of the Company's shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved the Company's application for delisting.

The Board of Directors of Misen resolved on 10 July 2024 to apply for delisting of the Company's shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. According to the decision of Nasdaq Stockholm, Misen's shares will be delisted from Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The last day of trading in the Company's shares will be 24 July 2024.
