Metsä Board's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2025

Metsä Board Corporation Stock exchange release Financial Calendar 1 August 2024 at 12:15 p.m. EEST

Metsä Board will publish the following financial reports in 2025:

Financial Statements Bulletin for 2024	6 February 2025
Interim Report for January–March 2025	29 April 2025
Half-year financial report 2025	31 July 2025
Interim Report for January–September 2025	23 October 2025

Metsä Board’s Annual Review 2024, which includes the report of the Board of Directors and the Financial statements with notes, will be published in English and Finnish on company’s website at https://www.metsagroup.com/metsaboard/investors in the week beginning 17 February 2025 (week 8).

Metsä Board’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 20 March 2025. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
