Merus Power Plc: Subscription of shares with option rights 2021
Merus Power Plc, Company release, May 7, 2024, at 12.00 p.m.
A total of 25,150 new shares have been subscribed for by Merus Power Plc with option rights (2021). The subscription price of EUR 83 498 will be recorded in full in the reserve of invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of shares in Merus Power Plc will increase to 7 670 116 shares.
The shares subscribed for based on the option rights have been registered with the Trade Register on 7 May 2024. The new shares will confer shareholder rights to their owners from the date of registration.
The shares will be traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland together with the old shares from 8 May 2024.
