Medicover expands lab network in Berlin
Medicover acquires the IFLB Group in Berlin. IFLB Group consists of two lab sites and two clinics and approximately 150 employees. Revenue for 2023 is estimated at €15 million. The acquisition will be consolidated from January 2024.
The acquisition includes a newly constructed 3,600 m2 lab site in the Berlin area which will complement Medicover’s network in the area enabling streamlining of some lab processes with efficiency improvements.
