Results of MapsPeople's extraordinary general meeting

Today, 9 August 2024, MapsPeople A/S held an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the notice and agenda announced on 25 July 2024, at which the following resolutions were adopted:

• The proposed resolution to increase the authorization to issue new shares without pre-emption rights pursuant to article 3.1.2 was adopted. 
• The proposed resolution to increase the authorization to issue new shares with pre-emption rights pursuant to article 3.2.1 was adopted. 
• The proposed resolution to adjust article 3.3.1 accordingly with the proposals under items 1 and 2 was adopted.
• The proposed resolution to authorize the chairman to file the adopted resolutions with the Danish Business Authority was adopted.  

The new articles of association and other changes will be filed with the Danish Business Authority as soon as possible after the general meeting.
