Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that Øystein Dahl Hem, CFO and primary insider in Pexip, has on November 24, 2022, bought 18,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 10.93 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Hem will hold 130,968 shares and rights to 290,000 shares.
