Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that Trond K. Johannessen, CEO and primary insider in Pexip, has on May 27, 2022, bought 56,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 17.37 per share. After the transaction, Johannessen will hold 56,000 shares and rights to 270,000 shares.
