Management and investors buy shares in Freetrailer

278,000 shares are changing ownership in Freetrailer Group A/S. The seller is chairman of the board and co-founder Allan Sønderskov Darré. 

The buyers of the shares include the current investors in Freetrailer Group, Dico A/S and Symmetry Invest, who both increase their involvement in the company. In addition, Freetrailer Group CEO, Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, and Group CFO, Martin Damm, have also acquired a share of the shares.

Jesper Lohmann, CEO of Dico A/S, says: "We have been investors in Freetrailer Group A/S since the IPO in 2018 and have great faith in Freetrailer's sharing economy platform and the company's international potential. It was therefore not a difficult decision to increase our exposure in Freetrailer Group A/S when the opportunity arose."

Freetrailer implemented a management change in January and announced a more progressive growth strategy in connection with the half-year report. 

"We have followed Freetrailer for a number of years and have been impressed by the strong market position they have established. We have known Nicolai for a long time and followed his impressive results at other companies, and we are confident that he, together with Freetrailer's other talented employees, can deliver great results going forward. We are therefore pleased that since March we have had the opportunity to build a larger position in Freetrailer, says Andreas Aaen, founder and CEO of Symmetry.  

"For personal reasons, I wish to reduce my position in Freetrailer Group A/S. It has been important to me that the buyers of the shares are investors who I know support the strategy we have laid out for the company. I am therefore very pleased that a group of current investors and leading employees have offered to buy my position." says Allan Sønderskov Darré. 

The total number of shares in Freetrailer Group A/S amounts to 9,503,300 with a market value of DKK 238 million.
