Pursuant to Section 30 of the Consolidated Act no. 198 of 26 February 2024 on capital markets, as amended, Penneo A/S hereby announces that on 5 February 2025, Penneo A/S was informed that as of 3 February 2025, Visma Danmark Holding A/S has acquired 32,705,282 shares in Penneo A/S, corresponding to 91.51% of the entire share capital and voting rights in Penneo.
