According to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Penneo A/S hereby announces that we have received notification from Andersen Advisory Group A/S on changes in Andersen Advisory Group A/S’ holding of shares and voting rights in Penneo A/S. The changes occurred on August 10, 2023.

Andersen Advisory Group A/S now owns 4.1% of the shares and voting rights.
