Loyal Solutions announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO 1
On Wednesday, 25 May 2022, the exercise period for Loyal Solutions A/S (“Loyal Solutions” or the “Company”) warrants of series TO 1 ended. As the subscription price in the warrant exercise for the full period has exceeded the prevailing share price, no warrants of series TO 1 have been exercised.
During the period 4 May – 25 May 2022, holders of TO 1 were entitled to subscribe for shares with support of warrants. One (1) warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Loyal Solutions at a subscription price set to SEK 24.00. No warrants have been exercised, and thus no share capital increase or change in the number of shares in the Company has been made. The number of shares in the Company is thus 9,499,998 shares and the share capital is DKK 9,499,998.00.
