Loyal Solutions (NASDAQ: LOYAL (ISIN DK0061535507) can proudly announce a new global SaaS loyalty platform agreement with Visa Inc., the world leader in digital payments. Our SaaS technology and our platform LoyalTfacts®, will power a new global SaaS loyalty platform for Visa.
The new cooperation on the Visa SaaS loyalty platform, builds on the existing five year relationship between the organizations.
Visa will be using LoyalTfacts® to support a variety of consumer engagement opportunities across the globe.
It is to early to quantify the impact of the agreement on the future financial performance of Loyal Solutions. We will currently maintain guidance / budget for the new fiscal year 1/7 2021-30/6 2021 but the progress of this project over the coming months and years, will be an important KPI moving forward.
