Lifcos acquires Medtec Medizintechnik in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the German company Medtec Medizintechnik GmbH. The company is a manufacturer of equipment and consumables based on MR-technology for joint treatment.

Medtec Medizintechnik reported net sales of MEUR 6.6 in 2021 and has about 20 employees. The company is based in Wetzlar, Germany. Medtec will be consolidated in Business Area Dental, which is expected to take place in November 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
