Lehto Group Plc has published the Annual Report and Remuneration Report 2023. The Annual Report includes Financial Statements, the Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and the Corporate Governance Statement.

All the documents are available at Lehto Group’s website www.lehto.fi/en/investors. The documents are available both in Finnish and English.

Lehto publishes also the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). ESEF report is not audited.

Lehto announced Financial statement Bulletin on 27 March, 2024. The unaudited financial statement information presented in that bulletin were based on estimates at the time of publication of the bulletin. In the bulletin it was pointed out that depending on the final results of the possible sales negotiations, the accounting value of the company's assets and liabilities may change from the financial statement information presented in this announcement. The above-mentioned sales negotiations have not been completed so far, but the company's management has refined the estimates of the assets' values, which is why after the publication of the Financial Statement Bulletin, an additional 1.9 million impairment has been recorded in the balance sheet's assets.

The Annual General Meeting is held in by the end of June 2024.
