Lehto Group Plc: Lehto sells another of its factory buildings in Oulainen

Lehto Group Plc’s subsidiary Lehto Components Oy has signed an agreement with City of Oulainen to sell its factory building and related warehouse buildings. The size of the factory building is approximately 10 000 square meters and the sales price of the entity is approximately EUR 4.7 million.

The finalisation of the deal requires that the decision made by the city council gets the legal force. Given that the deal will happen, it has a small positive effect on Lehto’s 2023 operating result and approximately EUR 4.5 million positive effect on Lehto’s 2023 cash flow.

Lehto has streamlined its factory operations and concentrated the manufacturing in Oulainen in its another factory of 9 000 square meters.
