LED iBond appoints new CFO

LED iBond International A/S has appointed Bent Faurskov as Chief Financial Officer, CFO

Bent Faurskov is an experienced CFO with more than 25 years of experience from listed and international companies. Most recently, he was CFO of the Danish listed company, ChemoMetec A/S, and before that he held similar positions in the listed companies Agillic, Dahlhoff Larsen & Horneman, and Transcom.

Bent Faurskov will take up his new position on 11 August 2022. Bent Faurskov takes over the position from Carl Peter Nielsen, who gave notice as per company announcement 51, and continues to hold the position until Bent Faurskov starts in August. Furthermore, Carl Peter Nielsen will for a period be available to the company in a consultative capacity to ensure a seamless transfer.
