Lea bank ASA (LEA) – Hiring of Chief Commercial Officer and grant of share options

Lea bank ASA is pleased to announce that Andreas Andersson has been employed as Chief Commercial Officer. Andersson started his position on 1 June 2024, and has been granted 245,000 share options in connection with the bank’s incentive programme.

The granted share options vests one-third each anniversary from the grant date and vested options may be exercised until expiry four years following the grant. Each share option corresponds to one share and the strike price is NOK 8.00 per share with an annual step up of 5% and adjustment for paid dividends.

Andersson comes from the role of Commercial Director Retail Finance in Resurs Bank.
