Lagercrantz completes the acquisition of Van Leeuwen Test Group

Lagercrantz has today completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the shares in Van Leeuwen Test Group BV.

Van Leeuwen Test Group (VLT) provides testing equipment primarily for heavy vehicles and is particularly known for its robust brake testers and software for vehicle testing facilities. The company is headquartered in Etten-Leur, Netherlands, and has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 20 million with a good profitability. The acquisition was announced on December 20, 2024, and has now received the necessary regulatory approvals. VLT will be part of the Niche Products division starting in February 2025. The acquisition is expected to generate a marginally positive contribution to Lagercrantz’s earnings per share.
