Lagercrantz acquires Plast & Plåt Vägmärken Aktiebolag
Lagercrantz has today signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Plast & Plåt Vägmärken Aktiebolag (PPV), a leading player in permanent and temporary road signage.
The company is located in Kållered near Gothenburg and has a strong position in Western Sweden with sales to large infrastructure projects as well as operation and maintenance of national and municipal road networks. PPV's annual turnover is approximately SEK 60 million with good profitability. For additional information about the company, please visit www.ppv.se.
