Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) announces expansion of franchise arrangements
Today on Jun 18, 2021, Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) (“Kollect” or the “Company”) announces that it has reached agreement with a franchisee for a second territory.
As communicated in the Q4 2020 interim report, Kollect has been exploring the potential for Junk Removal franchises (delivering both domestic and commercial junk removal services) in the Irish market.
As these pilots have gone relatively well, Kollect has now agreed to award a second territory to one of the current franchisees, which is for Wexford.
In addition, the Company is actively seeking to extend the franchise model to other large urban areas, which will help to fulfil supply side to meet the growing demand for junk removal services.
In May 2021, Domestic Junk Removal monthly revenues were 84% up on May 2020 and Commercial Junk Removal monthly revenues were up 258% in the same period.
