Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire 466,000 warrants under the recently decided 2023/2028 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2023 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 12, 2028 through December 11, 2028, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB at a subscription price of SEK 37,70. The resolution means that eleven key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 580,000 warrants.

Assignment of 466,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
