Other information: Consummation of the above repair issue (the "Subsequent Offering") is subject to completion of the private placement announced by Techstep ASA (the "Company") on 29 September 2022 (the "Private Placement"), approval by the Subsequent Offering by the EGM and that the a prospectus to be prepared by the Company in connection with (i) listing of the tranche 2 shares issued in the Private Placement and (ii) the new shares to be offered in the Subsequent Offering has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and is published by the Company, expected on or about ultimo November 2022.
