Katalysen Ventures Announces Exercise of Warrants

Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen”) announces that Founder Peter Almberg has sold 75,000 of his warrants, originally subscribed in the warrant issue of October 2023, to an existing shareholder. The acquiring shareholder has subsequently exercised 70,765 of these warrants, contributing 1,054,399 SEK in capital to Katalysen.

Additionally, as previously announced on November 25, 2024, Peter Almberg recently exercised 100,000 options. Following these transactions, he now holds 137,937 warrants.

Once registered, and including early warrant exercises by other shareholders, the total number of shares in Katalysen will increase from 7,954,025 to 8,124,790, with the share capital rising from 1,034,023.25 SEK to 1,056,222.70 SEK. After this announcement, 666,564 warrants remain outstanding, all with a strike price of 14.90 SEK.

The successful exercise of these warrants further strengthens Katalysen’s capital base, supporting its continued work as a collaborative investment catalyst.
