Jonna Toikka has requested to resign from Toivo Group Plc’s Board of Directors
The resignation will take effect after the meeting of Toivo Group Plc’s Board of Directors on 23 October 2023.
The decision was made in consensus by Jonna Toikka and the company. Toivo Group Plc thanks Jonna Toikka for her work on the Board of Directors. The company particularly thanks her for her contribution to the development of the company’s communications, equality, well-being at work and corporate responsibility.
Jonna Toikka thanks Toivo Group Plc for the trust it has shown in her as a member of the Board of Directors.
Toivo Group’s Nomination Committee starts the search for a new Board member, with an emphasis on communications and the development of housing-related solutions.
