JONATHAN SUNDQVIST LEAVES THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CDON AS OF 17 JULY 2023
Jonathan Sundqvist has today notified the Board of Directors ("the Board") of CDON AB ("CDON") that he will resign from his position as the Board member of CDON on 17 July 2023. The decision comes as he concludes his employment at Rite Ventures, CDON's second-largest shareholder, to pursue other professional commitments.
Jonathan Sundqvist resigns at his own request as CDON's Board member effective as of 17 July 2023. According to CDON's articles of association, the Board shall consist of at least three and no more than nine members. After Jonathan Sundqvist's resignation the Board will comprise four Board members and will still constitute a quorum. Therefore, the Board does not intend to convene shareholders to an extraordinary general meeting to appoint a new board member until the end of CDON's next annual general meeting.
"We would like to express our gratitude to Jonathan Sundqvist for his significant contributions to CDON, and we wish him success in his future endeavors," commented Christoffer Norman, Chair of the Board at CDON.
