JCE acquires 10.5 per cent of the shares and votes in Embellence Group

Embellence Group AB (publ) (“Embellence”) has been informed that JCE Asset Management AB (“JCE”) has entered into an agreement with Embellence’s largest shareholder, Litorina Coinvest 1 AB (“Litorina”), to acquire 2,247,000 shares in Embellence from Litorina, equivalent to 10.5 per cent of the shares and votes in Embellence.
