Gothenburg, Sweden – May 14, 2024 – Irisity AB (publ), a provider of an open platform for AI video analytics has today been awarded a major USA airport project expansion for an existing customer located on the West Coast of the United States from our partner Identiv.

Gothenburg, Sweden – May 14, 2024 – Irisity AB (publ), a provider of an open platform for AI video analytics has today been awarded a major USA airport project expansion for an existing customer located on the West Coast of the United States from our partner Identiv.
This initial award is valued at approximately 6 Million SEK over a five-year period starting Q2 of 2024. The project scope includes providing Irisity developed enterprise analytics software, hardware, and support services for enhancing airport security protocols for both indoor and outdoor areas. This initial phase of the deployment will add AI powered detection capabilities to 600 existing IP cameras and be deployed onsite using Intel based servers. A key to choosing Irisity’s software and servers was to enable the airport to reuse existing camera which provides the lowest total cost of ownership and broadest range of operational flexibility for running AI.
