INVISIO board member stepping down at his own request
INVISIO is announcing today that board member Lage Jonason will leave the Board at his own request with immediate effect. Personal reasons lie behind the decision.
“For many years Lage has been a highly valued and committed board member who, with his experience and skills, has contributed to INVISIO’s development into a successful listed company. Lage will leave a great void and we will miss him in the work of the Board,” says Board Chair Annika Andersson.
“Lage Jonason has been deeply committed to INVISIO for more than 20 years. In the early years, when the company reported ongoing losses, Lage Jonason worked untiringly on the company’s financing. Without his efforts it is doubtful whether the company would have survived. The strategy restructuring in 2008 and the major focus on what is now the company’s main business has always had wholehearted support from Lage. He has contributed his knowledge and support to the continued development. Now as Lage is leaving the Board he will not only be missed by his colleagues on the Board, but also by the entire company management,” says Lars Højgård Hansen, CEO.
In accordance with INVISIO’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members. After Lage Jonason’s departure, the Board will consist of five members and thus meet the requirements.
