Insider sale

The President and CEO of Balco Grioup, Kenneth Lundahl, has this week sold 195,776 of his shares in Balco and has after this a holding of 20,000 shares and 170,000 warrants. The sales has taken place to free up liquidity in order to be able to buy shares upon redemption of outstanding warrant programs.
