Inside Information: Tecnotree Corporation announces a hold on the publication of final terms for the issuance of the compulsory convertible debentures

Tecnotree Corporation ("Tecnotree" or the "Company") announced on 18 April 2023 its intention to publish the final terms of the transaction for the issuance of the Compulsory Convertible Debentures (the "Transaction"), including the subscription period and instructions for participation, on or before 3 May 2023.

Following demand for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) vide release dated 2 May 2023, Tecnotree has decided to put on hold the publication of the final terms of the Transaction.
