Information on PDMR transactions in Dignitana AB

Dignitana AB announces PDMR transactions in the Company’s share with three purchases made by Dignitana leadership and board members on 22 and 23 August following publication of the Q2 Interim Report.

Dignitana CEO Fredrik Jonsson purchased 50,000 shares, Chairman of the Board of Directors Klas Arildsson purchased 50,000 shares, and Board member Fredrik Lindgren purchased 143,511 shares.
