Gentoo Media Inc. ('Gentoo') invites its shareholders to a Special Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will take place at 7A Posthuset, Vasagatan 28, Stockholm, Sweden, on Thursday 13 March 2025 at 11:00 local time. The meeting is called to approve to delist the Company's shares from Euronext Oslo Børs. Please see the attached invitation and Notice.

The Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders will be sent to all shareholders registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) as of 30 January 2025. Documents related to the Special Meeting of Shareholders including the attendance and proxy forms are available on the company’s website.
